Trying to fall pregnant and it doesn't seem to be working. I turn 34 this year and don't want to not have a baby. Had my period for almost 9 days now and it came two weeks early so not sure if something is wrong. Want to know if there is something I can take that can help in falling pregnant and maybe let me have twins xxx I am in Durban south Africa so I am not sure if there is different medication in different places
