Pain in first trimester

Hey guys ok so I'll get right into it....

I've had pain in my stomache since 7am this morning. I'm 10 weeks btw... These pains are sharp pains. I also wiped and there was light brown discharge. Me and hubby got sexy two nights ago and I'm wondering if it could be from that.... Then again it's now 8pm and the pains haven't gone away. Is this a miscarriage? Gas?? Anyone experienced this please help!!!!
