Terrible sleeping pattern please help?!
I'm 14 and since it's summer I don't have to wake up early for school. So this past 2 weeks I've been going to bed around 3-5am then waking up at 2-3pm and I really need to stop doing that but I've tried and I just won't fall asleep early! Any suggestions? I have camp in a week and I really need to get my sleep schedule on track because there we wake up at 7 and go to bed at 11. I have drank caffeine but only like 8 hours before I fell asleep. Thanks!
