Does this look like implantation bleeding?

Currently 10dpo, cd 36 with little to no cramping (I have endometriosis so AF is INCREDIBLY painful)...

It looks like it, but wait till the AF is due to take a pregnancy test thou. I had what it look like implantation bleeding and 2 days later it turned out to be my period.
