Intermittent Fasting
I'm just looking into intermittent fasting and I'm wondering what your ladies' experience with it is. I know a lot of people do this for religious reasons such as Ramadan and I'm even curious about that as well as for weight loss. Did/do you do it? Why or why did you stop? Did you notice changes in weight, mental state or overall health at all? How exactly does it work in the first place? Do you have to track macros and such as well?
