Bfp after loss terrified

I had a d&c in April and then 2 cycles and then 10 dpo got a faint positive today 12 dpo it's darker line! I'm so scared of another loss! I'm trying to enjoy this but it's so hard! Has anyone else been through this how did you handle your next pregnancy and did it make it to full term. I'm trying to stay calm it's just so hard!
