Career suggestions?

Sarah • We just had our rainbow baby 2/3/19 after 5.5 years of ttc and 3 miscarriages.

Hi everyone, I thought you all may be able to help me.

I'm 25 with my BS in Business Management, my concentration is in administration. I went with the general business degree because I had no idea (have no idea) what I want to do and my parents were pushing me to hurry up and graduate...as if there was a job just waiting for me. I graduated in 2014.

Now, I am blessed to have a job that allows me some flexibility to come in/ leave a little early/late for my fertility treatments, and provides insurance for me (I pay for my husband, his company doesn't offer it). The thing is I'm an office manager, stuck behind the desk, and I'm the youngest employee ( next youngest is 39 and the rest are in there 60s+). I tend to get treated as if I'm incompetent and bottom of the food chain. Except no one is above me or anyone else except the big boss. And I have to drive and hour to three hours to and from work depending on the time of year and traffic.

All I've ever wanted to be is a mommy, but with all the student loans I have to work and I have to have insurance. I don't want to go back to school because I don't want more student debt and I still have no idea what I would do. I love kids and the best job I've ever had was at an early learning center but they didn't pay well, even for those who had a teaching degree.

Also, I should add that I'm very creative and have worked for a commercial monograming/appliqué/heat press company and love art.

I wish I could find something where I could work from home full time and still have insurance and benefits.

Do you all have any suggestions? I could really use a change.
