Daycare?????

Question

Who utilizes a daycare center for their infant /toddler/children?

What do you look for when choosing a daycare? 
(Besides the cost)  how do you go about choosing one over the other?

Speak with the people actually working in the room, not just the bosses. Ask them how they like their jobs, pros and cons, daily routines, feeding, sleeping, activities. I worked in the infant room at a daycare center and I always felt like it made so much more sense for us to explain to parents what it's really like than the managers.

I couldn't do it. I talked to a friend that works in a daycare. They have a 4:1 ratio which sounds good. But what happens when more than one is hungry or tired or just fussy? They have to deal one at a time and let the other(s) cry.
