Okay my daughters father was visiting with her yesterday and my daughter likes to bite me on my arm, well I said "no bite" in a stern voice and he said it right after me, then he looked at her and said I'm going to bite you. She bit me again and again I said "no bite" and he looked at her and said if you're going to bite someone bite yourself, I waited till the visit was over and I sent him a message saying that's not her punishment, I don't want you telling her she's going to get bit back for biting, she is told no and if she continues I put her down if I'm holding her, but that's not a punishment for her trying to relieve her teething pain. He said he was kidding but when he said it he definitely sounded pretty serious to me and none of it sounded sarcastic.
