HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!

Okay so a few days ago I had sex with my boyfriend (no condom) and after I went to go pee, there was a stinging sensation on one part of the inside of my labia minora, when I showered later I looked down there and there was a white bump and it looked like a pimple. Like it had a white head and it even looked like it was ready to pop (Sorry for the tmi). Is it even possible to get acne down there?!? Or should I be really concerned because I'm actually kinda freaking out.
