Hot swollen feet
I am 30 + 4 with di/di twins. The last few days I've had crazy hot and slightly swollen feet. I am unable to sleep at all. Just wondered if any goddesses have advice. So far I have been soaking them in cool salty water but the effect wears off after a few minutes. I've also tried elevating them too.
