Rude or am I too hormonal?

I went out to eat with family recently and I am 18 weeks pregnant. My sister was there and said some negative remarks about a coworker who enjoys being pregnant. She also said she'd never "let that happen to her" (pregnancy) with disgust. My mom was getting everyone to feel my bump and my sister was like "you're going to get soooo big" in a way that was clearly .. not positive. Oddly, she turns all excited acting and asks me to keep everyone updated on the pregnancy as I leave 🙄 She's 31 and obsessed with working out (every time I see her she's back from the gym, runs marathons, lost about 50 lbs doing it). It's cool, but she's coming across as incredibly vain when she says stuff like this. She's also in nursing school and interrogated me about choosing a birth center instead of a hospital (expressed her disapproval).

I am somewhat estranged from her due to many other issues I've had with her and I keep contact to family gatherings only. I just want to know if it's pregnancy hormones or if she was being rude... my husband didn't think it was a big deal. To me, it's just another reason I avoid her, and i guess it does get to me. Thoughts?
