40 weeks! Come on baby Jane!

40 weeks today! I have a doctors appointment today with a sonogram. My doctor told me to bring a back just in case they keep me and induce me. She weighed 7 lbs 7 oz at my last sono at 37 weeks. Really hoping I don't have to be induced. The last two appointments I've been 1cm dilated and 50 % effaced. But I had a membrane strip last week and afterwards I lost my mucus plug so hopefully I'm a little further progressed now!
