How do you tell your husband of 3yrs that you want a break?? We have been together for 7yrs and have a beautiful daughter. I know he loves me and I feel like a bitch wanting this but I feel i am losing me and just feel so empty. UPDATE- he believes only crazy people go to counselling I have already tried that
