EX has a new girl :(

My boyfriend of 7 months and I broke up about 2 weeks ago. Since then we have talked and he's said he still loves me. He was really mean to me at the end of the relationship and we both agreed we weren't happy. A few days ago he posted a picture with another girl that he's talking to now. This broke me and now I don't know what to do. Any advice on how to get through this? Thank you :( ♥️
