Is your husband okay with that? 🙄

My husband and I announced that we're having a little girl. We're first time parents. It makes me want to scream any time someone responds with "Is your husband okay with that?" Or "Is your husband excited?" SERIOUSLY?! Why would he not be okay with it? We knew going into this that there is a 50/50 shot at boy or girl. People are nuts! Anyone else dealing with frustration from other people's gender comments?

We're having a girl as well and those comments irritate both me and my husband to no end. He wanted a girl so he is over the moon, but everyone assumes he's upset.

1. I think the "is he excited comments" are dumb and awkward. 
2. We told my inlaws it's a girl and they said "oh I guessed a boy optimistically" 😑. So it would be pessimistic to have guessed girl? ... which is what I just said I was having. Even days later they kept saying "so it's really a girl? I thought you were tricking us"
MIND YOU... We already have a 15 month old boy any ways.

people say the most annoying and dumbest things. Not thinking.

We dont know yet but my in laws are always dropping comments like "he this, he that" like I'm sorry, when did we find out it was a boy? They also only give us ideas for boy names, not once have they given us an idea for a girl. My husband is going to be ecstatic either way, sorry to hear you're dealing with that
