Gardein??
I've been a vegetarian for 9 years. I currently formula feed since my baby is tongue tied and cannot latch onto nipple. I have started pumping because I also want to give her breast milk. I read recently that vegetarian meat substitutes like the Gardein stuff should not be eaten while breast feeding?? Anyone else heard of this?!
