No, they already have it in there. Too much can hurt.

Go to ACOG's (American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology) website for any evidence-based information regarding prenatal supplements. Too much folic acid is not healthy either.

Prenatals have folic acid in them already. I think you're supposed to have 800mg of folic acid per day which prenatals have. Good luck!
