So I'm getting married in two weeks and I need some good makeup tips! My foundation always comes out flakey and looks dry (I always use toner and good moisturizer I bought from Ulta) any advice I'm how to stop that? For my eyes I want to do a smokey (brown) with a wing. Any advice on how to accomplish that? I also need a good lipstick that won't rub off when I eat and drink (prefer it to be from Walmart)
