I have to visit the gynecologist for the first time and I'm not a virgin, how can I tell him? My parents will be there with me and they dont know I'm not a virgin.

The doc wont really be able to determine if you've had sex because lots of girls hymen breaks from other things...riding a bike...my cousin fell at the pool on the side of it and boom,gone...

Ask your parents to wait in the lobby (duh, because ew) and just tell the doctor. Chances are they're gonna ask anyway, lying isn't going to do you any favors.

Tell your parents to wait in the waiting room or have the nurse tell them then tell your dr the truth never lie to your dr they cannot give you the best care possible when you lie

He won't be able to say definitively if you're a virgin or not unless you have some sort of STI/STD. Many girls hymens break before sex or don't break properly after the first/first few attempts - it's not as obvious as it might sound in theory, believe me. I don't know the laws with minors/doctors in your country or how old you are but maybe say to the doctor (if you legally can) you'd prefer if the parents weren't in the room as it's uncomfortable for you. That's fair enough I wouldn't want them in there either virgin or not! It's an invasive exam and can be uncomfortable, it's best anyway they're not in the exam room making you more nervous.
