bleeding after sex

hi! I got my hormonal IUD for soon 2 months ago. I had sex for 3 days ago and it's 11 days to my period should start. He came inside me and I slept with it inside. Now I have almost a little period. (I have spotting all the time as well) Is it normal to get "period" after sex? And is it dangerous to sleep with the "shot" inside?
