2 days late and used the wrong test..

Af is 2 days later i thought i used a pregnancy test this morning but just realised it was a ovulation test which came up with 2 dark lines the same colour could this mean pregnancy .. i cant do a pregnancy test until my bf gets home with one as ive run out xx
