Keep myself honest. *Long... sorry*
I feel like talking about my plans will help keep myself honest and pushing forward for the results i want.
I am currently 5'4 and 189lbs. Goal is 135. I'm the largest I have ever been. I'm am unhappy with how I look and feel. I have discussed working to get healthier and loose weight but have always half assed it. I have a 6year old and before I had him I was a CNA lifting 100-300lb people all day 5days a week. I was down to 135lb. After I had my son I didn't want to go back in to that environment (terrible management). I ended up falling into an amazing job as a breastfeeding counselor but it is strictly a desk job. 40hours a week sitting...you can guess what happened. 3 years ago I was 165. A weight im comfortable at but not *goals*. Now 189lbs....
I use to eat what/when I want. Dessert every night. Fast-food for lunch and breakfast. Some fried throw together meal for dinner. Only 3-4cups of water but countless sodas a day.
For the past month i have been taking steps to get healthier. Walking more, I have completely cut sodas. Only a cup a unsweet tea at breakfast (I'm a caffeine addict) and 10+cups of water. I still haven't been eating great but cuting back on portions and trying to make healthier choices at work.
2days now i have started a 1200-1500cal diet with working out.
Breakfast:
200cal soylent
Banana
Tea
Lunch:
400cal soylent
Tea
Dinner:
500-700cal dinner
Snacking on fruit (sparingly) or veggies if i feel hungry between meals
Today I did a 10 min misc work out that's says i burned 45cal and a 2 mile walk.
Weekends I plan to exchange soylent lunch for a healthy green salad and fruit snack. Or some other healthy option.
If you have read this whole thing. Thank you! I hope to keep this up. Felt i need to put it out there so when I'm feeling down or demotivated I can look back.
I'm am completely up for suggestions and questions.
