Need advice

So I have always had irregular periods. I use to not have a period at all unless medically induced. I had a miscarriage in December and had a DNC. I had a light cycle in January, then I had a cycle that went for 7 weeks. Started clomid and had 2 cycles (on my third round of clomid this time) , started my next cycle a week early and now have been going for about 10 days (already finished this dose of clomid at 150mg). I'm passing quite a few clots and showing no signs of it lightening up. Anyone else have this problem? Calling doc Monday, but trying to figure out why my body is so out of wack now. Very frustrating when TTC :(
