So i was rlly sick, it is casused by a combo of my period and fast food. I threw up a couple of times, now the next day(well tevhnically the same day but the sun rose) I'm maybe gonna get sick again. I should eat, but i'm prob gonna throw up. I also get anxious ry easily and then i get nauseous bc of the anxiousness and then i get more anxious etc. Anyone any help?
