Worried miscarriage or pregnancy?

Question

I was spotting pink yesterday and the day before that it stopped last night but i woke up this morning and now my spotting is back its brown .Hospital told me i  might be pregnant but my HGC levels are at 86 very low . could it  be a miscarriage or  early pregnancy implantation?
 how long does implantation last? how long do you bleed for? 
Does anybody know?
 Has this happened to anybody?

I did something like that I spotted during the time I was supposed to be having my period and I remember thinking my period was weird that month at the end of it it started turning darker and brown eventually and then it stopped all together and it took the time span of my regular period I found out 3 weeks later I was pregnant and now I'm 32 weeks and 1 day :)

Implantation generally occurs any where from 3-12 days after ovulation.

Ok I spotted for early in my pregnancy around 4-5 weeks then at 10 weeks i miscarried .
