Spotting

I've been trying to conceive for maybe 5 months now, and my "period" came 2 days late, but was literally only spotting. Like only a panty liner a day. And now I'm not "spotting" anymore I feel sick, nauseous and stomach aches. I have no idea what's going on with me.
