Does saliva kill sperm?

We are ttc and I have been reading about saliva killing sperm. Does anyone know if there is any truth behind this??

I read it does, so not to use it or any other non-sperm friendly lubricant. They do have a few on the market, like PreSeed and I think Astroglide has a specific one too. Good Luck and Baby Dust!
