Looking forward to next cycle, ideas???

I'm only 7dpo, but I just have this sinking feeling that it's not happening this month. To keep myself from feeling down, I'm making plans for cycle #6 TTC baby 3. This past cycle I did ClearBlue and cheapo opk, bbt, CM, and evening primrose oil. We BD'd every other day. Not sure what else we can do! Any other ideas? I'm confident I'm ovulating, temp spikes like it should with positive opk and EWCM.
