Should I take pills?

Question

I am gonna be 19 next month. Me and my boyfriend have been having sex for over an year now at least 3-4 days a month but multiple times in the same day. 
We don't like using condom as it often spoils the experience for me.
Our primary method of birth control is withdrawal(which does not always work) or 72 hour pill (5-6 times now) . 
However, every time my periods get late it scares the hell outta me. 
I am considering birth control pills but I am not sure if it's healthy for a person of my age. What should I do?

Trust me a condom is not going to "ruin" the moment what will ruin the moment is the fact that now you got a crying newborn and after birth you can't have sex for 6weeks or more depending on if you tear or if you have a c section and EC is for obviously EMERGENCY and even taking it once does more damage to your body than the pill iud or any birth control

I definitely don't recommend taking EC often but Ive done research on it and it is not unhealthy for you. It can mess with your cycle but if its an emergency obviously you some help lol. You are absolutely okay to be on birth control. Many girls start taking birth control years before they are 19.

I'm your age and I am on Blisovi which is a combination pill (progesterone and estrogen). It's way safer than what you've been using. You just have to be really good about taking them :)

Birth control pills are fine if you can take pills regularly, I just take mine before I go to sleep and I've been fine. But there's also another method I'd suggest, the match stick. You get a shot in your bicep and it leaves this little stick there that releases medicine for a few months so you don't have to worry about taking it every day

Well birth control pills are a healthier option than the plan B you take so if you don't want any babies yet consider birth control pills or if you want a non hormonal option use the copper IUD.
