After having three healthy pregnancies, my fourth pregnancy was a miscarriage. I was six weeks and started to spot. I only had spotting, no other symptoms. I ended up having a d&c since my dr. couldn't find the pregnancy despite my HCG going up and up (he thought it was etopic) . Anyway, it's been four months of TTC and nothing. Last month I was late 4 days but AF showed up... Any tips or advice or stories you can share?
