My day started completely normal. About 3 in the afternoon while I was working, I completely passed out and begin shaking. The dr ruled out a seizure but it sure looked like one to everyone else. Right before it happened I noticed I had horrible cramps. Could my birth control have caused me to faint? I'm on the off week so I didn't even have the patch on. My cycle started that evening too.
