Sadly last Friday during my 11 week ultrasound they couldn't find a heartbeat. 4 th of July I started to bleed. The following day I saw my doctor and decided to do the natural process since it already started. Asked her a million one questions. But she told me I'd cramp and bleed. So we drive up to California and yesterday morning I get labor like cramps at 3 am. At 6 am a huge gush of blood clots come out. At 7 am I hop in the shower to clean off and another gush, the sac with baby in it comes out. Cramps go away and I feel good. But I was freaking out cuz I didn't expect any of that, and very disappointed that my doctor didn't really tell me what to expect when I asked 3 times.
