LO has a rash around her mouth and on the left it's mostly on her cheek and on the right its right next to her lips in the corner. The right side looks red, angry, and chapped. The left looks red and spotted like a yeast rash.

Went to the dr and he gave us desonide cream. Been using it x2/day for about 2 days and it'll look okay for a little bit but then back to red and painful looking. He says drool.

Any ideas on what to do for her? Never had this with my eldest. I saw some moms recommend Honest healing balm (not happy about that price tag for only 3oz), aquaphor, coconut oil, etc.

Ideas?
