Acupuncture?

Anyone tried acupuncture? Thoughts? I have heard it is really great for stress (not just fertility).

I have acupuncture once a week. Originally it was for migraine headaches, but the last 3 months we've been working on treating my endometriosis and fertility. This past cycle is the first "normal" cycle I've had since I was 22!!! She has me taking some herbal supplement right now too, but is optimistic based on the complete disappearance of my endo systems I'll get a BFP soon. The work she has done with my migraines and endometriosis systems is simply amazing! I hope this is my month. If you're considering acupuncture give it a try, even if you just reduce your stress its totally worth it.

I love having my acupuncture treatments, I'm having them for fertility and she encouraged me to go to the doctors for my bloods doing. Now getting referred to the hospital all bloods came back fine, even my partner had his sperm tested and he is all ok too. X

I've been doing it for a few months - has also helped my migraines - NOTHING else had worked. She started doing 'moxa' treatments for fertility. Salt in belly Button,  slice of fresh ginger, and mugwort incense on top! Here's a pic from last week! Btw I'm due AF 4/4 and have a cycle buddy thread going

I have fertility acupuncture for a year now and sofar it regulated my cycle to 32-45 days average from very unpredictably long and short cycles I used to have...I am hoping it will happen for us soon!

It helps relieve my back pains too!

Ive had acupuncture for my bad back. I always left feeling quite calm despite hating needles.

I've done it for Asthma and arthritis.  It's hard to explain but you definitely feel better.....more relaxed over all. Go for it!
