Had my second sweep today after a very unsuccessful one last week. I'm 41+1. Only 1cm dilated and baby only 1/5 engaged. She said my cervix has definitely softened and is 2cm long. She reckons my induction wil still go ahead on Thursday night and it'll probably take 2 pessarys. Anyone know about the cervix 2cm long thing? And did anyone else go naturally after their sweep without the need for induction and have similar stats as me??
