It will not put you into labor or anything like that it's more for your cervix to soften if you're still hard. It worked for me as I went to dr on Monday and cervix was hard and high went again on Friday for testing and I had been eating pineapple everyday all week and dr said my cervix was soft, finally. I'm 37+3 and want this baby out for sure lol
