Missed birth control and plan B

I forgot to take my pill yesterday ( I take them at noon religiously for over 5 years) ... so this noon when my pill alarm went off I went to take my pill as usual and realized. I did not take my Friday pill!!!! So I freaked out and took two doses at the same time. I also happened to have the ONE night with my boyfriend where he ejaculated inside. Which rarely happens!!!! So I went to the pharmacy to ask if I should take plan B and got an answer of "it's up to you we just don't want you to overdose on the hormones because it has potential health risks yada yada" ... so plan b is 1.5 mg of this hormone thing and my pill is 0.2 so double dose be .4 ...... do you guys think I'm safe without plan B or should I take it and risk potential side effects ?
