Is anyone else trying to naturally conceive twins?

My great Aunts are twins so it kind of runs in my family on the maternal side which increases the chances.  I know I'm probably nuts but I actually *really* want twins! I've been eating a lot of dairy because I read that helps boost your chances but does anyone else have any other ideas? I just want to avoid the hormone treatments unless I can't get pregnant at all without them. Thanks ladies! Baby dust ✨

There's no real natural way to conceive twins. Your body either has to produce two eggs at once and both get fertilized, or one of your eggs has to split after being fertilized. You have a higher chance because of your family, but that's about it.
