does anyone else experience this?
everytime i'm on my period, the first 2 days are the worst. the most bleeding and worst cramps. the first 2 days, i go through panic attacks due to cramp pain, but the thing is i don't even know if i'd consider
my cramps to even be THAT BAD. but i can't help the panic attacks. does anyone else experience this? are pain panic attacks common? i'm just tired of them, bc they're not necessary and sometimes make me feel as if i'm gonna pass out.
