Tips for inserting a menstrual cup
I bought a small Lunette cup and I've been practicing. I'm guessing I'm not doing it right because the suction breaks every time I stand up and it folds in half. Does anyone have any tips for insertion? I really want to get it right. Also, how long did it take you all to get it right? I'm 23 and have always used pads so this is new to me.
