Go to your doctor,  I had migraines that went on for days and my doctor sent me for an MRI and they found polyps in my sinuses. The pressure caused my migraines (I was also taken off birth Controll as well) since I got a minor surgery to have them removed I haven't had any since. I'd try getting off the Birth Controll first and see if that works. Good luck!

I have tried everything for my migraines and the only thing that helps is sleeping it off. Sucks

I lay down in the dark put a cold compress on my head  and I don't move and take a nap if that doesn't work then i try again on my left side and it goes away
