Can't keep food down? 4wks

So my thing says I'm 4wks 6days and today after I ate anything (been trying to stick to small meals) it makes me sick and I throw up right after eating. Has this happened to anyone? Tips, suggestions? Mahalos

Unfortunately this is pretty common throughout early pregnancy. A lot of people recommend ginger, popsicles, sea bands, b6 vitamins. Also try eating smalls snacks/meals very often so your blood sugar never drops. I ended up getting a prescription for diclegis from my doctor and that ended up helping more than anything else, although there was still an underlying nausea always, but it was enough help for me to keep food down. I finally was able to tolerate coming off the medication around 20 weeks... it was rough! I still have days when I'm nauseated, especially if I go more than about 3 hours without food. (I'm currently 25 weeks)

I was the same way with my first pregnancy I couldn't even hold down water I was always throwing up. My OB prescribed me some pills that dissolved in my mouth and within a minute or so the nausea was gone and I could finally eat. When you talk to your OB let them know and they can prescribe you medication so it can take away all the nausea.
