I was diagnosed with pcos back in October of 2016. I've never been pregnant before and I'm honestly scared out my mind. I found out I'm pregnant on June 22nd. On June 24/25 overnight we had sex and I woke up to blood. I was worried so I went to the hospital. There they told me my hcg was 200 and they didn't see anything on the ultrasounds.

The following day (Monday morning) I had my first official appointment at the fertility specialist I've been seeing. They just took a test to confirm pregnancy. My hcg level was 322 the nurse informed me that my progesterone was low (21) and they prefer it to be above 25 so they prescribed progesterone. (I don't have the med to share the formal name).

The following blood work they drew my hcg was 1344 and progesterone was 40. She said everything looked great. Wednesday July 5 I had my first official Dr. appointment. They did a transvaginal ultrasound. We saw the gestational sac and a smaller sac inside but no embryo. I was informed that the bleeding I experienced on June 25th was most likely implantation bleeding. So my estimated 7 week pregnancy was pushed back to 4/5 weeks pregnant 😔 My birthday is July 6. I was expecting an ultrasound pic, heartbeat, something smh. The next day they called with blood results. Hcg was above 11,000 and progesterone well above 40. That made me super happy and relieved.

Considering we both had to work on my birthday, we celebrated this weekend. Friday we had sex numerous times. Saturday night the same. Well about an hour and a half ago, we had sex again but I was swollen. It was slightly painful in the beginning but as we got into it, the pain was gone & there was pleasure. (Sorry if tmi). Anyway, while we were into it he mentioned feeling my running down his leg and I hadn't finished yet so I was a little puzzled but carried on until we both finished. It looked like blood had splashed on his leg. A lot more than on the 25th. There was no cramping just enough blood to make me scared for my pregnancy. Is there anyone else who's experienced this? If so, what was the outcome? What did you do next?
