Which IUD🤔

I'm making an appointment to have one inserted and I've done some research on all of them. The professionals at Planned Parenthood gave me some pamphlets to read. I know every body gets affected differently, but I'm curious to see which one you ladies think I should go with.

• I would prefer no hormone

• I like having a period (for my sanity)

Probably going to base my decision off of which ever one suits my needs best, with the most positive feedback.
