i think now that i would get an abortion because im 17 and i have my future ahead of me, but honestly you dont know until you are put in the situation like i dont know if i could go through with abortion even though now im like "i definitely will!" my boyfriend also would tell me to get an abortion and if i kept it idk how that would work for him because he has a plan after high school and everything so he might just end up leaving. he believes that if the men doesn't want the kid and the women ends up keeping the child then thats the woman's problem, that the guy didnt want to go through it in the first place so idk hopefully i never have to go through it. im on bc and we use condoms and its been working for us

I got prego at 15 had my baby at 16 now im almost 17 my baby will be 5months this month and i am blessed with the best. My bf has a job who he support our son and us. We still go to school (online). We lived together with my dad until im 18 and can leave legally. My son is truly the best thing that has happened to me. He filled a whole in my heart. Everyones maturity level is different. My baby has everything he needs and more and thats from NO HELP. I have taken care of my nieces and nephews all my life so having a baby of my own felt natural.

I was not emotionally mature enough to handle a baby as a teenager and I wouldn't have been able to handle carrying the child to term and then giving them to someone else so I think I would have had an abortion. I am so thankful that I never had to make that decision. I'm 24 now and pregnant with my rainbow x

I was pregnant at 15. I was going to have it. Unfortunately i miscarried. No one is emotionally ready to have a kid at 15. I was sad but a little relieved.

I absolutely would have. And I kind of did. My mom had me at 17 and worked her ass off to raise me. She did an amazing job. My dad wasn't around he was away at college most of the time doing drugs sleeping with random girls. My mom struggled she got kicked out of my grandmas house, but she said she wouldn't have it any other way. My mom finished high school she took me to class with her. She also went to college and is now a police officer. I had my daughter at 19 with my husband. Keeping my daughter was never a question in my mind.

I got pregnant at 17 and ended up giving my baby up for adoption . I didn't have a support system, the baby's father was a dead beat, and shortly after I turned 18 I was kicked to the curb with no where to turn. I personally wasn't mature enough to handle being a mother at 17/18. There were times when I wanted to keep her and I still am sad about giving her up to this day. BUT I made the best decision for her. She has a great big, loving family and everything she needs and could ever want . I put my wants aside and did what I had to for her. Sometimes you have to make those uncomfortable decisions .

It all depends on your circumstances, though . If you have the resources and support system to take care of a child, by all means do so.

I got pregnant at 16 and had my daughter at 17 in 2011 and is now 6. She is my best friend and the best thing that has ever happened to me. Her dad and i have now been together for 9 years:) we are having baby number 3 due march 2018. Everyones situation is different but babies are a blessing no matter what. Its been hard, we have had a couple of rough times but im so thankful for her father, he is our rock.

Please use protection. Get the pill, shot, or whatever you need to if you don't want to have a baby. An abortion should be an option but only if birth control failed.
