A week into my missed period I took a hpt and it came out negative, it is now three and a half weeks later and still no period I'm starting to think the reason why I haven't gotten my period is because I'm anemic, usually when my period is late I take a iron pill and my period comes down, but I take a iron pill everyday and nothing, so I'm debating if I should take another hpt or go to the doctors. (If you guys have any opinions or are going through the same thing as me don't be afraid to comment below)
