So I am on my first FET cycle with a failed fresh cycle in May. My hospital does only unmedicated FET so I was prescribed only ovitrelle trigger shot 250 and then have a transfer 5 days later. Yesterday at 10pm, i unboxed and took out my ovitrelle, I assumed and forgot due process because I felt I was used to the injection anyways having completed gonalF and former ovitrelle. I pierced it into my abdomen and kept pushing the bottom but nothing came out. I took it out and put it back in and started panicking and wailing. All thoughts went through my mind! Will they cancel the cycle? At that point, i realised that I didnt set it to 250 and when i did, some liquid splashed out 😭😭😭😭 I called my hubby and started crying on the phone. Called the hospital and they never called me back. In the end, i put it back in and gave myself the left over juice. So my question is this: Please whats the effect/no effect of just taking about 225 instead of 250 of the dosage? Will it have the same effect?
