My 4 month old has definitely outgrown her rock and play - she pulls herself up and tries to sit every time I lay her it in. She has never napped successfully in anything other than on me, Dad or in the rock and play. I want to try the pack and play but she wakes up as soon as i lay her down. How do I get her to go to sleep in it? Do I lay her down and hope she goes to sleep or do you rock your baby, lay them down and hope they stay asleep? lol I need options as we get nothing done if she naps on us.

Btw - she take 30/45 minute naps every 2-3 hours in the day. Not interested in "cry it out" .
