What does it mean if you take a pregnancy test and it's negative but your 4 days late and always regular??

Are you sure you didn't just ovulate later? Most of the time when you think you're late, when you're not, it's because ovulation didn't happen when you normally expect it too. I'd wait 3-5 days and take another test.

Could be from stress making it late or could be pregnant but tests can't tell yet some people don't get bfp until over a week after a missed period
